After taking just four commissions so far, one of them being the WIP model above, I have discovered a lot about the ways and the pace at which I work. Lately, I have been thinking about where I want to go from here...
I have really been evaluating the pros and cons of both taking commissions and just doing sales pieces, and for me, one is much more preferable. I am debating whether or not to close my commission books indefinately, take commissions on rare occasions, or keep my books open. It's a tough decision to make, especially when each possibility is great for it's own reasons, but I believe I have come to a conclusion after careful cinsideration. I will probably announce it soon, once I have made my mind up completely. For now though, my books are just closed temporarily, but depending on how I am swayed, things may change. I am confident, however, that whatever I choose will be for the better... :)
